June 2003 Re-union

This year's reunion was held 7th June 2003, 2pm at The New Inn, Langstone, and a few faces from last year put in an appearance again.

Sadly, a few of those at last year's reunion were unable to attend for various reasons; work commitments and ill-health to name but two, but they were in our thoughts. We were heartened to see a few more long-missed faces, and in particular those from a variety of years. Prior to Stow Hill being named a Secondary Modern, it was called a Municipal Secondary School. Victor Scarfi was one of the former pupils who turned up and supplied this information. This gentleman had attended the school during the war years, and we were extremely pleased to welcome him.

Last year we enjoyed the company of Sam Williams, our old sports master, and he again honoured us with his presence this year.
